Amazon warehouse construction site in Connecticut shut down again after eighth noose found

Tightened security notwithstanding, an eighth noose made its way onto an Amazon construction site in Windsor, Conn., this week, causing it to be shut down again. The noose was found Wednesday morning as NAACP officials and workers prepared to meet at the site to discuss safety and security, Scot X. Esdaile, president of the Connecticut NAACP branch, told The Associated Press.
